1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the jai9 platform and all its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you and jai9. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you agree to all the terms set out below.
jai9 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to keep user data and transactions secure.
Important: These terms operate according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute or interpretation, this version of the terms shall be considered effective.
jai9 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
2 Eligibility & Age Verification
To register an account on the jai9 platform and use any of its services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms voluntarily and independently.
- You must confirm that you are playing under your own name and from your own account.
- It is your own responsibility to verify whether use of the platform is permitted in your area.
Age Verification: jai9 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport) to verify age. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned.
Professional sports personalities, referees, team officials, or anyone who may influence the outcome of a sporting event may not participate in the relevant sports markets. Violation of this condition may result in account cancellation and legal action.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
Each user may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if discovered, all accounts and deposited funds will be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Any unauthorised access or security breach must be reported to the jai9 support team immediately.
Tip: Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Make a habit of changing your password regularly.
3.3 Updating Information
If any personal information on your account changes (such as your mobile number or email address), it must be updated immediately through the jai9 support team. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds into jai9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's account are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, exceptions may occur due to the verification process or banking time constraints.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, jai9 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
Please note: To prevent money laundering, jai9 may request additional documents or information. If the required documents are not provided, the transaction will not be completed and the relevant authorities may be notified.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 or more will give you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. The wagering multiplier is 20x.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before you can withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus must be used within a specified period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, jai9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via family members is prohibited.
- jai9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Separate VIP programme terms apply for VIP cashback benefits.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. jai9 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault or software issue. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting markets allow you to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets depend on the actual outcome of the games. Betting is available on various international competitions including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments.
If any market remains uncertain or unresolved, the bet will remain pending until a result is declared. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the applicable rules will be followed.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games available on jai9 are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. Both the game providers' own rules and jai9's terms and conditions apply.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or gaining an advantage through manipulation.
- Using software bots, automated tools, or hacking methods.
- Match-fixing or betting using insider information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Betting on behalf of a third party or being involved with professional betting syndicates.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jai9's systems or network.
- Threatening, harassing, or spreading misleading information to other users.
Legal Action: If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, jai9 is obliged to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by jai9
jai9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
- If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are observed.
- Extended inactivity (12 consecutive months).
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the jai9 support team. Subject to settlement of all pending bets and fulfilment of wagering requirements, any remaining balance will be returned upon account closure.
9 Limitation of Liability
jai9 will not be held liable for the following:
- Loss of a bet due to an internet disconnection or technical fault.
- Disruption to services provided by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss arising from a user leaving their own login details unsecured.
- Temporary service interruption for technical maintenance.
- Any legal consequences of using the platform in the user's area.
Force Majeure: jai9 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or any other uncontrollable event.
Gaming and betting involve financial risk. jai9 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by users. We recommend playing within your means for entertainment purposes.
10 Privacy & Data Protection
jai9 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data and transactions secure. The information you provide will never be sold to third parties.
